  • Is there parking?

    There is plenty of parking at the venue. For more information about getting to the venue, and accessibility, please see Project House website

  • What do I need to bring?

    We suggest you wear comfortable yoga-friendly clothes.

    For the sound experience you will need to bring your own headphones and charged smartphone (if you do not have either of these please reach out to us).

    We recommend you bring your own blanket. You may also choose to bring your own pillow/eye mask.

  • Is the massage suitable for all?

    Our therapists will be offering 15 minute, clothed chair massage sessions. A massage consultation form will be emailed to you prior to the event.

  • Do I have to have a certain level of fitness to attend?

    Our teacher will provide modifications where possible and you are welcome to take the class at your own pace. This class is designed to be a work-in rather than a work-out and as such will be relatively gentle whilst still being beautifully stretchy!

  • Is there an age restriction?

    The event is suitable for ages 18+

  • What is on the menu?

    Wood fire half chicken, confit garlic & butter pickles (FOR 2) or spring bean and asparagus stew, pea & mint (VO)

    Butterhead salad, home fries & aioli (between 2)
